Nestled within the bustling garment-focused industrial park of Guangzhou, the project unfolds a remarkable transformation of an existing cube-shaped structure. This three-story building, characterized by its frame system, stands in stark contrast to the typical architecture of the park. Directly abutting the main thoroughfare, its unyielding presence lacks a buffer zone, creating a striking interface with the street front. Tasked with reimagining this space into a garment design office for around 100 individuals, the design challenge lies in balancing high occupancy density with functional efficiency. The design narrative unfolds against a backdrop of spatial density, where every detail is meticulously curated to harmonize aesthetics with functionality.
